Newtab Technologies provides domestic delivery across Trinidad and Tobago using trusted third party couriers. This policy explains delivery times, shipping rates, payment rules and customer responsibilities.
Standard delivery
• Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Priority delivery
• Available for eligible addresses where the order is fully confirmed before 12:00 PM on a business day.
• Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day and delivered within 1 to 2 business days, depending on courier scheduling and location.
• Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Priority delivery to Tobago offers faster processing within a 3 to 5 business day window, depending on ferry and courier schedules.

The payment method selected at checkout is mandatory and cannot be changed after the order is placed. Customers cannot switch from prepaid to Cash on Delivery or from Cash on Delivery to prepaid once the order has been submitted. Couriers are not permitted to accept alternative payment methods at the door.
To avoid delays, customers must ensure that
• Full name, delivery address and contact number are accurate and complete
• The correct payment method and shipping option are selected at checkout
• Someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the expected delivery window
Newtab Technologies is not responsible for delays or failed delivery attempts resulting from
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
• Customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order
• Late or incomplete payment confirmation for prepaid orders
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting Newtab Technologies directly.
Cancellation of orders after dispatch or while in transit is strongly discouraged and may result in delivery fees being charged on future orders or other actions that management considers appropriate.
