Newtab Technologies aims to provide quality products and a fair process when a return or exchange is requested.
• Returns or exchanges are considered within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.
• The original invoice or receipt is required for any return or exchange.
• Items without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must
• Be unused
• Be in original packaging where reasonably possible
• Be free from damage and in a clean, saleable condition
If an item does not meet these conditions, Newtab Technologies may refuse the return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for all courier or transportation costs associated with returning items to Newtab Technologies, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
• Original shipping charges are normally non refundable, except where an item is confirmed to be faulty and covered fully under warranty.
• All items returned for refund, exchange or store credit are first inspected by Newtab Technologies.
• No refund, replacement or credit will be processed until inspection is complete and the item is confirmed as eligible.
Returns or exchanges will not be approved where items show evidence of
• Misuse, abuse or neglect
• Accidental or impact damage
• Unauthorized modification, opening or repair
• Incorrect installation or use contrary to instructions
• Damage due to electrical failure, power surges or power interruption
• Use of incompatible accessories, parts or software
Management reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy and reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.
